Sean Henderson I agree. Rather build my own than buying this. I love the outside but the indoor living looks heavily OUTDATED. I'm more of a contemporary modern style type of guy, not too fond of the 70s or 80s style. This interior doesn't cut it for me. lol Younger folks are not buying these mansions so it makes sense these homes have ugly/outdated interiors.

These colossal homes are seldom ever lived in, brokers buy these over built homes and the money just keeps going around and around, buy, keep for a year and flip back on the market. you cannot afford to live in these expensive heaps, pay for cleaning and up keep and flip back on the market, ridiculous. The furniture is rented from Brokers whose business is furnishing these un=lived in homes and that stuff goes from home to home to home. Insane.
pahrahinc , actually put 10 mil in a 5 % interest a year account , the interest alone pays bills and taxes and more, put in 30 350 watt solar panels to keep power bills reasonable , you never loose your 10 mil , all is well . Before you say , if you have enough money in other trusts and accounts you can easily get 5% a year in interest .

@@laurenstrasser Every month it doesn't sell, the estimate goes down. I'm not the only one to see this, prospective buyers do too. While only an estimate, it psychologically effects the sale price.

It's a beautiful place, but the sales pitch was really overbearing and inconsistent with the atmosphere of the setting. And seriously unnecessary.
