When it comes to Canoptek Wraith vs Burnished Heart, I think you're aren't valuing Burnished Heart correctly. First, you can only activate the wraith on your turn, meaning you can't sit on a possible removal or counterspell and save the activation for if you don't need it and second, you can't activate it the turn you play it. Burnished heart is always better unless you need the unblockable clause for some reason.
Planar Atlas feels super bad. We have so many mana rocks, you need those with huge upside. Coming into play tapped, producing colorless for looking at the top 4 cards? Nah. You can ramp (in green) draw regular cards or play an untapped rock, like a signet or something and play something else with it. Colorless & tapped are such huge downsides, the upside has to be way more than this.
@@scaredycat3146 it's still very niche. In a casual game, there are times early in the game where you missed your land drop and you wish you could scry 4 to put a land on top. But again, very niche. Late game it's a total whiff.

I definitely missed the Necron cards, because I picked up the Imperium, Tyranids, and Chaos precons. I'm currently in the process of getting some of the last pieces for mono-green dragons, choosing the Acolyte of Bahamut background for Skanos Dragonheart, and I'm quite glad Baldur's Gate came out with new stuff for green dragons, especially Emerald Dragon. After gutting the Tyranids precon for parts, I'm quite close to rolling the brew off the assembly line.
Public Enemy is an amazing uncommon from Capenna that everyone is sleeping on. A blue card that can cause a lot of damage to a player is already strange, but it also usually kills the creature it enchants, and then replaces itself. For 3 mana. Blue goad?
Biophagus is also decent in a small part because it fits the party mechanic. It may not seem all that great until you suddenly realize your entirely custom deck is pretty much a party deck and now you can cast Stick Together and screw over everybody significantly more than you.
The comment about using Mana Rig for a commanders activated ability immediately made me jump to my Sliver Overlord deck. Actually seems like the perfect place for that.
Stonespeaker Crystal is definitely one I am noting for the future, it is basically a Hedron Archive combined with a better version of Lantern of the Lost/Soul-Guide Lantern, the latter 2 of which I am already running in a lot of decks
Tear Asunder is probably the only true "miss" here. All the others are good, and I'm glad you're talking about them, but that one card was easily top 5 from DMU for me.
Aboleth spawn didn't work as well for me by now, but maybe I put it back in. I noticed, I don't like blink, and that would be another good card against it. Just trying titans nest from last year. It's soo good.😅

The math ob planer atlas is interesting if you have a 2 land hand it means you get to look at 14 cards to find the 3rd first 7 cards in hand plus 9 cards drawn by the time you play it then you look at 4 and if you miss then you have the 14th card you draw on the next turn. If you don't find a 3rd land by the time you're 14 cards down God just doesn't like you.
Not so great against treasures unfortunately - they can just sacrifice the targeted treasure in response and fizzle the entire spell - but certainly should work against powerstones.
