There is a simple setting in eCW to turn off the E&M codes showing in the notes. I am happy to send the mapping if you would like to share the information with your client.
Yikes Shannon!! I hope that wasn't a real patient chart that you showed to all of us, with all the patient information at the top of the page. That would be a major HIPAA violation!
