I love the style of your videos, and especially appreciate your straight-to-business attitude. I hope your channel grows and provides a nice secondary income stream - you are providing value and deserve it.
My iPhone 7 Plus can’t do most of these actions, but I gotta say that this was a perfect video. Like the video is very professional and well made. Even the accent and tone he speaks in is just perfect. Really appreciate all the hardwork you put into these videos. Keep it up ❤
Text replacement is super useful, just learnt from video. It's like a clipboard where you can save stuff you normally use. Using spotlight to add something to calendar is also really useful. Thank you! Great video!
Here’s a question: many times websites or videos will put up a QR code on the screen and ask you to scan it. If the QR code is on the screen how do you scan it? Seems like you would have to print it out first and then use the camera.
Great vid. Insightful info. Cut to the chase. Well explained. Great video reference in each point. Amazing voice, really relaxing. Admiration and respect to you from Panama 🇵🇦
I have made shortcuts with images of people in my contacts, put them together in folders (family, friends and work related). So now to call people up I don’t even have to put my reading glasses on, I just press their picture. Also the very simple thing of having apps in folders is so time saving. Create folders for ex news, photo, banking, games and so on. In that way you’ll only need two homescreen pages.
How does one access/add the signature we just created to a document/email/form???? (You showed us how to save it but not how to add it). ;-) THANK YOU>
A good text replacement for your home address is to use the first 2 or 3 digits of your home address as the shortcut You’ll start to type your address and the text replacement will finish it for you. Then there’s no shortcut to remember.
Excellent video, the ‘Screen Recording’ is a great feature I did not know about, thanks. On the Text Replacement I always make the shortcuts small e.g @£ for my email

I've never used spotlight but the calender option is a game changer 👍
And for a specific setting within Settings app !!
I always walk away with at least 3 tips I can use in my everyday life, thank you.

If only I could remember HALF of your great tips! Well done.
I always learn at least 1 new tip that improves my productivity with whichever device I use. BIG thank you!

Amazing stuff
It's incredible that Apple doesn't make things more obvious so that millions of people make better use of their phones
how good is this - always learning something, actually I usually learn heaps.
0:57 Heads up, "quick capture" always records at 1080p. If you want 4K, you must manually select "video" before recording.
That camera trick is superb. Never realised it was there the whole time.
Amazing tips, as always!
The keyboards track pad thing is cool

You LEGEND You!
Very useful. Thank you.
Excellent video! One thing to note: the quick capture feature doesn't use your standard video resolution settings.
The back button holding in safari is nice I didn't know about it at all :) You're a very good youtuber unlike 90% of the idiots clickbates out there.
Very helpful thank you
Thanks for a great videos !

@@wickham53 I’ve often wondered this. If ur watching in ur phone, which most people do I assume, how do they scan the QR code on the screen 🤷🏼♂️
@logancox6211 you could but that’s a lot of faff when you could just post a hyperlink 🤷🏼♂️
Wow, some of these I already knew about but a lot of these I had no idea about! Thank you!!
Thank you for providing a great service? So using maps, what is the Guides feature?
Great vid. Insightful info. Cut to the chase. Well explained. Great video reference in each point. Amazing voice, really relaxing. Admiration and respect to you from Panama 🇵🇦
Excellent video, very helpful. Thanks
Thankyou I made a shortcut to call my mum. ❤
Many thanks. I use several languages and wonder if my text replacement applies to all of them. Of course I shall eventually see for myself.
Thanks - this is great
Signature solution is great, but how to you insert this into an email or Document in line, but not as an attachment?
Very nice. 🎉. Thank you
As usual i love your vdo.
That whatapps call shortcut is not working.
really awesome
Awesome!

best content !
Is there a shortcut to turning the haptics on and off quicker? It is so annoying to go into settings everytime and change it manually 😅
I’m unclear what the signature tip does other than create a new note with your signature in. How do you use it to sign documents?
Please always indicate to which iOS versions the video is applicable.
Hey I’m not getting the same options to set up video call shortcuts.
FYI: I’m using ios 18 beta version on 14 pro.
im not able to turn ex wifi or bluetooth on/off from the spotlight search, is there a setting im missing?

2:41 The vast majority of iOS users never use shortcuts. Hell I’ve been programming for 30 years and have no use for them.
Can anyone tell me where the recycle bin is for photo's on ios 18.1?
You have to scroll to the bottom to others, there you’ll find it.
👍🏼👍🏼
Does Apple expect people to just figure these things out? Massive built-in redundancy.
ios is way more smart than android will ever be. Maximum feature of ios are hidden and more useful.
Excellent video, the ‘Screen Recording’ is a great feature I did not know about, thanks. On the Text Replacement I always make the shortcuts small e.g @£ for my email
I always wondered how they did that!
Thanks for the hard work you put into your videos. You are awesome and I always learn something. ❤
