Very silly and very funny. It takes a comic genius to get away with such old fashioned humour. Fortunately Mel Brooks is just that. Good cast- Ross Noble and Lesley Joseph are hilarious. Classic song-and-dance numbers choreographed by Susan Stroman.

Was privileged to get a a ticket for the premiere in Newcastle, and the man himself was there. Just grateful for still having a functional pelvic floor otherwise it really would have been floods of laughter.
