Yeah until the theft stops I feel nothing should be given to these things. They can’t prove to be trustworthy but sure do make a ton of demands that they have no leverage over. SCOTUS made a perfect decision this case.

I'm sorry to say but, I agree with this policy. There are many fundamental issues involved with the homelessness but, the bottom line is, they cannot live on the streets because this is not the answer. This is the time for WE THE PEOPLE to put strong pressure on those politicians.
