I've been trying to figure this out for a while now, I just don't know why these people are calling them cows and not pigs or slugs or a donkey. Thomas was stupid. He still believed he was still married. Even if the divorce hadn’t been finalized hell would have frozen over before she'd have rushed to care for him and his mistress.
Then had the gall to demand she give him his stepsister's number after she finally got the courage to run from them. Yeah no. He'd just berate her and yell and scream till she broke and came back. Then he and the mistress would make her life miserable treating her like dirt under their shoes
