Not to side with the “bad guy”, but he did have a point when they originally broke up. If you don’t want to be in a relationship with someone, that is enough reason to end it. It’s scummy and hurts the other person, but it’s enough reason to end things.

It was kinda funny seeing John & OP react to Ted being trash crawling back to OP but it had to end eventually. I feel like along with Ted being dragged off by police John probably should have been charged with something for tricking him & from what can be told(especially the mentioned vandalism) get Ted falsely accused of crimes he didn't do. So at best John is probably charged with vandalism & whatever crime it is to get someone falsely arrested for things he didn't do while Ted is in trouble for harassment.
Get the feeling John's affair partners made it apparent to him(before all scattering into the wind to move away in hopes of getting another job) make it apparent to him that they all blame him for them not only losing their jobs but their reputations too since they probably blame getting involved with him ruining their lives. Ted also while desprate to be with OP cause she's rich likely has been forced to never contact her as OP probably got a no contact order against him.(Or maybe a restraining order since he knows where she lives) Then again I hope even with how delusional he is he knows not to contact OP again since the reason he was harassing her now is due to her now ex-husband tricking him into thinking he had a chance.
I hope OP is able to find more trustworthy people to be in her company & that there weren't any other affair partner staff. I also hope if she tries again one day despite the unfortunate events dealing with two backstabbing lovers she finds someone that won't backstab her. The fact she's dealt with multiple backstabbers is unfortunate & disheartening but may as well try to enjoy being away from these idiots, with luck things go better from here.
