OMG! My drill! I cannot believe that someone else is still using it after all these years! I'm so happy to see it in this video, almost proud..like if I was the producer. I never had any accessories for it. I always wanted to tranform my drill into a lathe for example and now is too late. It's an awesome drill...not a single problem for 20 years and more!
Proxxon are the next generation of mini tool machines and they are excellent but not as cheap to buy. Their customer service in Germany is first class and they sell every single component used in all of their machine's to enable you to fix and repair your machine should it break. 😉👍
Result......i have an mb150 and could really do with a router attachment.....did they ever do one?....or is their an alternate router attachment i could use?....thanks.
They made router bits or you could use a Dremel router set. Works great for changing a saw kerf into a channel or rebate for something like 6mm acrylic or perspex.
@@scalewarmachines hi, thanks for the reply, i was wondering if the dremel router accessory would fit it, but wasnt sure....thats excellent news, i will get one of those then. Thanks very much...happy modelling. :)
Quite an interesting video. I have some Proxxon products myself. How do they compare in your opinion? In future videos I would be very interested in seeing a demonstration of how to use them.
Sad that any company gos out of business. Especially one that deals with modeling. But I use Dremmel tools. Biggest gripe is it does cost a lot. Fortunately my father worked on TV'S so I got his power regulator. I can turn my Variable speed drill down to a crawl. Cool video.
When you say it cost "A reasonable amount", what was that amount, if you don't mind divulging the cost please (just so I know what I should expect to pay) ?
Nice and learn full video as always mate. I invite you to post these cool videos on my Mewe community. Its under the same name as on G+ "Scale modelers secret". I left a link at your community. Please feel welcome mate . Cheers and keep on the good work hope to see ya soon ;)
Why do u need to buy this shit ... the modeller toolS these days sold on aliexpress and ebay are more efficient i have bought quite a few and im happy with it

Minicraft stuff is excellent, my dads had some of his for around 20 years. If I remember right minicraft became part of proxxon.

Useful insights thanks - another UK brand bites the dust!
Nice review, some great tools!...Bill
The mini drill lockless collet tends to loosen, so be careful

Micro-Mark in the USA has many small power tools
Great video
I have a MB 0520/D1drill with transformer and a MB 0550/D1 jigsaw but the thick/thin plug that does not fit the transformer which is MB 0730/D6
One more for Proxxon. ✌️
