I have a big heart who always cared for him, I'm beautiful, and he knows that, 11 years in this relationship. He cheated on me and forgave him, I had patience with him, and I put up with his crap. He left me, I've done the no contact, it's time for me to move on with my life, and could care less if he ends up regreating it.

Hi Coach Alex, thank you. After 2 months No Contact what if my ex doesn't want to text/talk to me even for light and fun, should I go back to 1 month No Contact? He reached out just to check on me, but doesn't seem to go forward.

Hi Alex my situation my ex told me he fall inlove with another woman that was his friend i let him be ,but now on Monday he sms we talked and last night he say"( he misses our call with see your body") thats not good way i think please advice me what to do.

My girlfriend is mad at me cz 1 month back we had an argument and I was so rude to her! So that she Don't want to be with me now.. I have tried a lot to get her back, apology to her hardly! But she refused.. Now shes telling me she want to be single now and Don't want any relationship with me.. But in future if she thinks, she can give me a chance to marry her..
