You should try boost district on the alternator and p/s bracket. On the lsa setup for my tbss it sat the alternator over and a little lower. It might be something to look into or maybe able to make something similar for the lt swap.

Love the obs content. You guys should weld the axle tubes to the housing before it gets coated. Doesn't take long at all and adds a bit of insurance to that 10 bolt rear end.

I guess you can get away not priming under all the brackets before welding on bare steel Up in Canada that would not fly the rust would come out where there was no paint. These are awesome trucks

Is there a reason for this level of build you wouldn’t use a roadster shop chassis vs QA1/powder coat oem frame?

Roadster shop chassis is a full air ride deal. Not really ideal for what these trucks are about.
