This truck is badass! I watch a couple of diesel truck channels, a shop that builds turbos say its a no no to run a turbo without a filter.
Those street shots rock as far as perspective to speed. Sounds great too. Very immersive. 10/10
I remember my first brand new truck was a 1991 Silverado ext cab 350 with 5 speed stick two tone bright blue with a dark charcoal in the middle, it had seats like that but two tone blue, blue carpet blue headliner, you can’t find anything like that these days, colors are black, gray or beige

Nice truck. I've been thinking of put a ls with the th400 minus the turbo into my 63. Did you add overdrive to the th400? Or is it stock? I've been reading that this combo isn't good for a street car because it only has 3 gears. Looking at your truck and it looks to drive just fine. Nice work.

i love it but its funny to me to have a full blown dominator and use a boost leash
User preference. My tuner likes to be able to adjust on the fly with his stuff. I prefer the Holley boost controller myself.

That column shifter would get annoying to me quick id just make an elevated hand selector style shifter or air shifted
Curious what the boost leash has to offer over the holley dominator? Is it to have more ease of access / make changes on the fly without needing a laptop? That truck reminds me of Justune's red dragon truck from back in the good ol days.
