Yes. If you construct the truth table for an invalid argument you will find at least a bad line, where all the premises will be true and conclusion false.

By the convention, which we are using (Copi) an argument is valid or invalid. If there exist a substitution instance that makes all the premises true and conclusion false, the argument is invalid.
