I've found putting the markers in a more random pattern works best for tracking. Having 3-5 visible in each frame while scanning, in uniquely placed groups. Great video, can't wait till they ship!

How would you say this performs vs the Creality CR-Scan Lizard? I was part of the Lizard kickstarter and still have the option of repurchasing, but might consider this instead. My use case is primarily for scanning 1/24 scale model car bodies and parts. Have you had a chance to try the Lizard with the new Studio 2.0 software?
