naka airbnb ito, napanood ko sa isang vlog. mahirap airbnb swimming pool around metro manila sa dami ng hot spring resorts sa Pansol, Laguna. I like the aesthetics ng bahay na ito, bungalow pa. ayoko o old fashion na yung madami makintab na materials. glass lang dapat makintab saka minimized ang mirrors.
sunken living room is a plus.. nicely done!

Just a little tip from an Artist with decades of experience:
The gray and white Art on the right wall at 4:53 in the video needs to be vacuum mounted to some foam core to remove and prevent wrinkling. That along with a dust cover on the back would almost seem mandatory on non-canvas Artworks in PH with all the humidity experienced there.

Stayed there last June. Nice place and in a secured, gated subdivision. 5 minutes away from Alfonso proper.

Never trust a broker that doesn't list the price. They decide the price based on whether you're a Filipino or foreigner.

@@johndesoloc2746 mahina malamang airbnb ng owner kaya niya binebenta. napanood ko na itong property sa isang vlog, nag-airbnb yung vlogger isang gabi dito. mahirap gawin airbnb ito sa dami hot spring pools sa laguna. Hindi rin maganda ito as residence para sa mga may kaya dahil remote location itong Alfonso Cavite or not as good as a city.
They probably need the money right away coz they are asking for cash payment only. The real owner probably passed away and the kids wants to liquidate the property and split it amongst themselves
@@mariane2468 Or, they probably are taking advantage of the hype of the property. I've seen vloggers rented this, the most recent one was Viy Cortez where they celebrated her mom's birthday. You can see it in one of CONG TV's most recent vlogs titled MAMA last Sept.18.
