When the merging of all TLCs to form Joburg early 2000, there is no guarantee that all hardcopy files reached Metro Centre where Town Planning offices are. I would say the onus lies with you as a potential buyer to have the plans in place when you commit yourself. Alternatively, be prepared to consult people like Dumisani to assist you to redraw some.

Good day i find this very helpful
However since I'm hearing this for the first time I'm still not really knowledgeable
I've got a land back home at Piet Retief Mpumalanga that i currently rent out a very busy Booming 💥car wash as it's in a very busy convinient corner for all residents as all vehicles entering my location pass there ,so i have an idea to now rent it out to a filling station if possible as we don't have one unless we drive to town for fuel which is quite inconvenient for emergency sake,teachers,doctors e.t.c
Please advice me on what step to take if my idea is possible

Hi Musa, you can certainly put up a filling station, however, that part is heavily regulated and you would need to talk to an expert on filling stations. That is something we can't help with unfortunately.
