"My Heart Belongs To U" '93 The first song off of their sophomore album, "Diary Of A Mad Band" ... definitely a good place to start and a must listen imo... real music
I still listen to this in my curated R&B 90's/early 200's playlist. The clubs were banging back then when people actually used to just go to have fun and dance. This takes me back. Thanks for reacting!
I don't think the we're underrated. When people think 90's male r&b groups people think the Fanstatic Four of Jodeci, Boy's to Men, 112 and Dru Hill. There was other big r&b groups like Blackstreet and Jagged Edge but those 4 are the big names. (I put New Edition in the 80's groups)
6:33 90s/00s hiphop had a phase where artists would include snippets of their next track coming out in their current video. Usually at the end, the last 20 seconds or so, put his was under the Diddy stable, he was out pushing his product making money so its in the middle, making sure you listened and couldnt skip
Yeah, you like Biggie, you like 112... so "Only you" with Biggie and 112 is great. Look forward to it, and all of your other reactions. Keep up the good work.
This song came out in 2001-I was 16 at the time and it was one of those songs that you couldn’t escape.EVERY radio station played this song 😂.The comments were probably confusing this with Anywhere from the same group which came out around 98/99
The club scene back then was so much different than today, it was actually enjoyable from a man prospective. Women were easily approachable, u didn’t have to worry about being put on blast. I refuse to go to clubs today. Can’t remember the last time a approached a woman at a bar, or bought one a drink. I simply don’t trust women at these type of scenes today.
Love the reaction to some of the older r&b songs from my generation. I'm still waiting for your christmas 2pac reaction, "Dear Mama" But if you want to wait on that I don't mind any other 2pac reaction like, "Hail Mary" or "Changes".. anything 2pac really.. But this was a great song. "Anywhere" by 112 is also another great song
All the members of 112 have incredible voices. They have a lot of great songs you might like. You should react to their song "cupid" , it's probably their most popular song.
Nice reaction! 112 was so dope! This is super left field, but I feel like you'll really appreciate it for some reason. You should check out Snow tha Product - Really Counts. She's a female rapper, only she really rap raps. She writes her own lyrics, books her venues for tours, carries her equipment into those venues, does all her merch, she is independent and she's a BEAST! She's really getting huge in the US and Latin America.
Jagged Edge, Let's Get Married, ReMarqable Remix ft. Run. Was fire also. Same type of vibe. Ice Cube, Arrest The President, one of his newer songs. Then later go back and check out a more risqué vibe like You Can Do It
Doing this review with a shirt that says "Strawberry" is perfect! This is New Jack Swing, I think. Was a fun song when it came out. Yeah, your parents were celebrating peaches, a LONG time ago. Before that, people sang about "squeeze my lemon 'til the juice runs down my leg" but that visual doesn't work as well. Hang on - have you reacted to Cisco's "Thong Song"? It was a JAM back in the day.
112 is just fire. Girl miss girl homegirl 😂 I'm gonna take you back. Check out new edition. N.e. Is heartbreak Best group ever. Ralph Johnny Gill. Bobby Brown. Again…another classic from the Bad Boy Records crew. Dru Hill & 112 were the top R&B male groups during this time. Check out 112’s debut music video “Only You” Remix ft. Diddy, Notorious BIG & Ma$e as well as some of their other classic music videos “Cupid”, “Anywhere”, “It’s Over Now”, “Already Know”.
The song they transition to was dance with me . Also they're 3 versions of this song . 1 was the original with puffy and the remix with philly legend beanie sigel from rocafella/ state property at the beginning and Ludacris in the middle

Céline Dion - It's All Coming Back to Me Now, I stumbled across this today, haven't seen this since i was a kid, not my kinda music really but its a banger song and video
112 was a pretty good group, they were signed to Diddy Bad Boy record label but I’m a little more old school than that. I grew up listening to Jodeci in the early 90s
Sweetheart, your generation is just an extension of my generation, our generations are more connected than our generation with the generation prior to us. To your generation From Gen X with ❤
This is from the mid 90s. Sean Paul’s song is a few years later. I forgot when that came out but it must’ve been like the early 2000s. And whatever your generation is doing has already been done. Even before our generation. Trust me. I once thought out generation came up with everything too 😂 There is nothing new under the sun ☀️ Life. They have a collabo with my favorite hip hop duo Mobb Deep. Or check out the one that put them on the map to my recollection. It’s called “Cupid”
I didn’t know about this until I got on TH-cam, but apparently there was a trend called “Nasty R&B”. It was all slow, deep grooving, baby-making jams. Seems like this track could fit that style of song. A number of those tunes are worth a listen. If you wanna hear the granddaddy of sexy R&B I suggest the great Barry White, whose voice can make girls giggle and more. Ladies do indeed taste so sweet. 😉

You should do "meeting in my bedroom" by silk. They're another legendary 90s r&b group with incredible voices.
That transition from one song to another, and then back again was a marketing technique for their upcoming single.
Yeah the next single was dance with me
Jodeci is definitely one of those groups you should check out ‼️

"My Heart Belongs To U" '93 The first song off of their sophomore album, "Diary Of A Mad Band" ... definitely a good place to start and a must listen imo... real music

Might as well do LL Cool J - Doin It. 😂🔥 And, if you want Eminem again the "Murder Gram Deux" LL collab video from months ago.. 🤌

Stunned that I'm not seeing people recommend Cupid by 112
"Only You" by 112, "Pony" by Ginuwine, "No Diggity" by Blackstreet, "Poison" & "Do Me" by Bel Biv Devoe
112 were underrated

Early 2000s is the best era of R&B period! I can’t believe I was 13 when this song came out
More 112!!! They were my favorite R&B group growing up
112 has soooo many bangers! They are definitely my fave boy group! ❤

Blackstreet "No Diggity" You will love this one too
112 was a good group and then the 90s had lotta good music! But I love seeing your face when you react to new music!😍🎶🌷
Yeah, you like Biggie, you like 112... so "Only you" with Biggie and 112 is great. Look forward to it, and all of your other reactions. Keep up the good work.
Some r&b videos back then had random dance breaks that previewed another from the album some times - that’s what happen around 6:51
I love that you’re being put onto GOOD MUSIC🔥💯
One of my favorite “let’s get freaky girl” jams ever.
112 is from the Diddy universe
