Drummers singing deserve more credit. Compressed diaphragm being seated, being able to hold a note while physically bouncing all over the place has got to be challenging

Deceptively difficult song to sing. Been slowing down the speed to get the details of various versions including several of Perry live....turns out this guy right here is by far the best, most natural controlled and precise compared to all other versions.

Deen is solid drummer and vocalist! As with anything, liking a drummer and their playing style is a personal preference. Deen is a punchy physical drummer. I learned that whenever I have a high to hit, buckling my knees helps get me on top of it. Deen has the luxury striking a cymbal or drum to get himself there. So glad he beat his addiction. He was great on the Journey through time tour with Schon and Rolie as he nailed all of Perry's parts.
