EVIL! Toxic waste ponds created next to a school in Jamaica!

The dust associated with bauxite mining is toxic. According to the World Health Organization, the ailments caused by dust include:
Emphysema - permanent lung damage.
Pulmonary aedema - heart attack and strokes. 20% mortality.
Asthma - no cure.
Pneumonia.
Tuberculosis.
Respiratory distress syndrome.
Cancers.
It is common knowledge that children are prone to asthma, but the parliamentarians allowed a mining company to dump millions of tonnes of toxic waste metres from a high school. To make matters worse, JAMAICA DOES NOT RECEIVE A DOLLAR FOR THE BAUXITE. It is exploitation at its greediest. Enough is enough, something must be done about it. I have started a petition: chng.it/dMHQFY.... It will be ignored, but if it gets a substantial amount of signatories, it should become news, and that could lead to the exposure of further corruption and mismanagement of the public purse, which is the ultimate goal. So, even if you do not sign petitions, please make an exception to sign and circulate.
