Very cool RV Resort! Very nice pool ! Milo had a nice doggie park! Plenty of grass. lol Hey Melody...what are the sticks for, at the washers? in the laundry room? Nice ponds around the park. Now....could there be, alligators in them? lol, just checkin'! Nice walk over to Coco beach . What a nice beach!! and big! You and Melody didnt happen to come across a....Genie Bottle, did ya?! 😂 Oh ! well, dang....look at you Lou, Mr. Fisherman, all done up in yer fishing gear !! How many did you catch? Fun!!!! Nice campground. Cool turtles sittin on the rock in the pond!! Looked nice and relaxing, and quiet. The restaurant, Fishlips was a cool looking place to eat! Nice Bar they had too. Nicely decorated. I love the seahorses on the wall . Actually I loved all the wall decorations! Your drinks looked very yummy! Pina Colada's ? (sorry, I'll have to pass tho, on the "chowder", dont care for it!) What did you have to eat? Looked fun! Very nice video, enjoyed it very much! Thanks vicky **I watched this video before Hurricane Ian, but later entered my comment .....I hope the park is ok, after the hurricane. So sad about all the lives disrupted, and damage from hurricane Ian.....Prayers to all.

One of my favorite shows as a kid - I Dream of Jeannie. Keep an eye on Fred if you find that bottle. The street next to the park I show in the CoCoa Beach clip is named I Dream of Jeannie Lane.
Florida sure does have beautiful beaches. Looks right a great park, would be fun to be there when a rocket launches from the Cape. Sean, Angie and Jazz
The lady in the office told us there was a launch the day before we arrived. Maybe next time. We did enjoy it there and will go back. This is where we stayed when we did the boat tour. Seeing the dolphins and manatees was fun. - Melody
I hope this RV resort did not get hit too bad by Hurricane Ian. Thank you for the review. We once had reservations there, and I cancelled because I read too many bad reviews. With your video, I am apt to try to get in again. Do you think we would have any problem getting in with our 45 ft Class A?
They have some long pull through sites. If you have that long of a rig, I'd call the resort and confirm an adequate site after making your reservation. Lou
