The Scuf Infinity 4PS model you got is really nice! The extra paddles will come in handy if they ever break. If the thumbsticks start to wear, you can use the ring key to take off the damaged rings and/or thumbsticks and replace them with spares. You can also rebind those back buttons to whatever button you want, but I prefer having edit on right paddle and jump on left. I love having paddles on COD, because I use circle for sliding and X for jumping, so all my tertiary movement options are bound to my paddles. Congrats on the cool gift!
I build custom controllers for all sony and xbox consoles, from led lights to swapable thumbsticks with back buttons and stick drift repair. Having buttons/paddles on the rear is a must if you play shooter games, being able to jump & crouch/slide while still having your thumbs on the sticks is a killa advantage and saves those precious seconds that count in a gun fight. Cant go without them. Now scuf are pretty good you'll love it but they are expensive, i can build my own thats the same if not better for a 1/3 of the price

That black thing was to put on your sticks to stop stick drift from happening over time, so if your going somewhere or not using your controller, then just put that on

@@nate5thegreat580 yeah, they look pretty cool too but they don't seem to have much grip on the edges. I prefer to place my thumbs on the right edge of the high rise stick so I'm not sure if they'd suit me. I've never tried them though so I'm not too sure.
I got an 18 bomb in duo’s with my brother on the 26th the day after getting my pc. I had wiped out the entire poi by my self 2 minutes in, giving me 7 kills at the start
Just a warning , you probably already know this. Your triggers have 3 settings, yours has been set at it’s highest. Do not run a scuff with that trigger setting.’there the only one go use plastic stops to achieve this, all the others, I’ve owned ll of them, use metal. My scuff, got returned twice in 2 use, both trigger stops snapped. In the end, it’s the only one I returned for refund. All I’ll say, be careful, and don’t lose the box. They do some good stuff on them, but imo not the best one out there.
To change the buttons on the bottom of the controller put the magnet in the middle of the bottom of the controller than press the button that you what to change with the paddle you want it to be then move the magnet 15cm away there you go if it doesn't work then read the manual thank you for reading my comment

Tabor, use the paddles for sliding and sprinting and save on your joysticks! Best way to avoid stick drift! I have 2 scufs and love them!

I think that's a tool to remove the analogue sticks.
I use the left button for jump and the right for edit.
You can swap the thumbstik with different sizes you don't need control freaks anymore.
