I'm a man 58 and I don't worry about what others may think about a man talking about yaen, glad to hear that your husband is involved with helping you too. For I grew up around a lot of family and their friends who made some of the most beautiful pieces out of different types and sizes and it does make a big difference. When I get the time I'd love to share my time with my stepmom but she was mom to me. She taught me some neat tricks just like finding the center ball beginning. It's does help to be able to keep the one end of the skein of yarn in a tight but pushed to form a hand size ball with the center piece of wrapped packaging paper and go in the other end as you did with the purple color yarn and you'll know when you can feel the center ball point I got good doing that for my mom. Just to see her smile 😊 and not have to have a tangled mess you called puke. It brought back some great memories thank you and Happy belated Mother's Day.
