What to do if aggulination happens in check cells before coombs control cells adding

If agglutination happens before AHG adding, we have to repeat the procedure by using more diluted anti D...

In that case make the Check cell more diluted in 1:64 ratio. Take Anti D IgG monoclonal Antibody 10 micro litter and NS 630 micro litter.
