Depends on how you look at it, ,,nothing really matters" doesn't have to be depressing, it can be liberating. We all die at the end, sun is gonna eventually explode, do whatever you want with your time on this planet, worrying and being sad is basically just wasting your time, try to be happy as much as you can
Keep ya head up and don’t be afraid to make mistakes, you’ll probably not remember this video in a few years or maybe even in a few weeks but sure enough, life will find a way to remind you of these important topics, make sure you enjoy what you’re doing while you’re on that journey!
Yeah life is short indeed. That's why I decided to rebuild myself from ground up. I started my journey with this great book "Win yourself''. For now, great purchase!
I'm 33 choose to quit my job and to move out so that I can be closer to my family. I had a good job but I was enough far away from my parents and know I'm happier spend time with them. And I'm in transition with my work it doesn't matter if I can't achieve success at this moment. It depends of everyone obviously but for me quality time is the most important.
One thing I do to spend my time more wisely is to practice appreciation and do not use my phone when I am eating with the exception of cereal sometimes and even then I take breaks in between to enjoy it. You can reflect what you are eating and all the work and innovations that lead to the creation of it to practice appreciation whenever you are feeling bored. A lot of work goes into cultivating and growing food from laborers, truck drivers, and anything you can think of. I learned this from a TH-cam channel called yan in a video called ancestral mathematics. Also you focus more on eating and tasting the food since you aren't trying to balance multitasking between focusing on your phone and tasting the food. Try adding some premade meals like vegetarian protein bowls or ready to eat beans or lentils and add an avocado or anything that just takes a couple minutes to add. Eating more healthy gives you more energy and might help with emotional stress. Sometimes I feel unmotivated to cook healthily so the premade meals is a good way to develop healthy eating habits. Try not to overthink about specifics and instead add healthy things to your diet which are convenient. A quick to prepare meal that anyone can eat that has 15 grams or more of protein can consist of a vegan premade meal with toppings of your choice added, a fruit, and nuts (idk what to substitute for people with nut alergies, maybe a banana smoothie and soy milk is a good alternative). If you want to know more about nutritional conerent of food i would recommend the TH-cam channel called Talon Fitness, he goes into detail and ranks food. Sleep! This helps recover, give you energy, and helps with emotional stress. I struggle to sleep early and it is difficult for me because sometimes I want to be awake and do things. If you are struggling to sleep try drinking tea which might help you relax and maybe eating some fruit or honey might help because they are high in sugar which your body quickly uses and afterwards your energy goes down but I do not know if that makes your more tired than before Try excersing a couple minutes each day this gives you more energy and is a stress relieving activity, you can look up calesthetic videos or get a ropless jump rope and do 1 minute of excercise each day. Doing something poorly is better than not doing it at all (I learned this from a radio channel called klove). This helps develop habits! One TH-cam channel that is helping me grow is Bible Project. I also am listening to klove on the radio, which plays gospel music, and they have an app which shows you Bible verses of the day you can reflect on. If you aren't feeling a song feel free to switch channels, if you don't understand a verse on the app feel free to go to another one! The radio also passes the verse of the day and pastor perspectives on their own lives and experiences. I've been learning from the Bible Project and they explain the Bible well and the creators make it more accessible to anyone who doesn't know where to start learning from the Bible! Take care!
