Nice vision Steven and I agree for the most of it. I believe that GenAI will be so good that customers will call much more than they do right now since voice is our preferred way of communication and Speech Assist will be so good that this way of interaction will be very easy. It will be very interesting phase over the next years to transform contact centers (mostly costcenters) into value centers.
