Is there flashing on the sides of the dormers? I didn’t notice it under the house wrap. Not sure how much of a concern that could be. Before the shingles went on could ice & water shield have been ran up on the dormer walls?

For our prefab garages, we travel within a 600-mile radius of PA. We have built garages from Maine to South Carolina.

They do not, but you can hire a contractor to transform the interior to be an in-law suite after you receive our building.
