Read the book (the miracle of germanium )
And also germanium essential oil when combined with a moisturizing oil especially meadowfoam oil or sea buckthorn oil) will make the texture of skin beautiful.
Also look into dao yin exercises , they will increase your energy to feel younger again.

For those who are interested in reading it on archive site for free, The correct title of the book is:
      ""The miracle cure, organic germanium""

Castor oil should not smell like cooking oil. It may have been the brand you used. I use it every night all over face and neck..no smell.

To me castor oil does have a smell.. perhaps cooking oil isn't the right term, but I can smell it in everything I've used it in. I do have a very sensitive sense of smell though. What's the brand you use incidentally? I might give it a try.

@@thehonestchannel Imho, it smells like old-fashioned lipstick 💄I remember playing with my mother's makeup when I was a little girl back in the 70s. Whenever I smell castor oil, it takes me right back 😊 Sweet memories 🥰

Yes right. Castor oil has no smell. If it has maybe it is not pure...

It smelly a bit lightly nutty to me. I have two organic castor oils. I don’t love the smell, but it’s very slight. I can’t use it all over my face, it leads to blemishes on me. No other products except coconut oil does this. Even perfumed products so who knows.

Thanks for sharing Clare - I'd never heard of some of these products. A few of my natural beauty products are cheap - I use castor oil on my lashes at night and I make a scrub with salt, olive oil & a little water for dry body exfoliation. A favourite of mine for years has been the Baiden mitt - it is expensive and takes a fair bit of work but it exfoliates like nothing else on earth. I've still got the same one I originally bought. 💗

Rubbing a small amount of butter on nails makes them grow and makes them stronger
MSM makes skin soft when taken in 4kmg
Clarified butter oil can help tooth decay
Butter helped my eyebrows grow back as well

Clare, you GATTA try the Dazzle Dry nail system. It’s the healthiest home method I’ve found AND also the easiest. Its claim to fame is that each layer dried in 5 minutes or less. And it’s 100% true. I used to never be able to grow my nails out for years. But using this system exact as instructed I can go 7-8 days with almost perfect nails. They don’t chip at all, I just take them off when the outgrow bothers me. No Lamps, no damage or smells etc. And they easily remove too

Dazzle Dry is brilliant, I get 2 weeks from my manicure & it removes with ordinary nail polish remover.
With standard polish my manicure is lucky to last one day!

@@thehonestchannel it really is. I had nails that looked like a pubescent boy for most of my adult life (thanks to nail biting) and after using Dazzle Dry I was able to grow them out (because it doesn’t chip like other polish I’m able to go longer without chewing my nails). If you try this, you have to prep the nail just like it says in the instructions

I would love for you to look into some of the tallow based skin care and makeup lines out there. Toups and Co is one of them and Stone and Spear is the other. I'm sure there's more companies out there too.I just started to use the colored lipstick from Stone and spear and I absolutely love it. I've ordered some makeup samples from toups and Co to see how I like them too. Thanks for this very interesting video.

Thank you. This info was so very helpful. I spent hours on Amazon recently looking for a natural nail polish but didn’t come up with a really good one. Great to know I’ve got one now. While we’re on the subject of oil cleansers, I have been searching all over for a naturally scented cleansing balm as the first step in removing makeup and sunscreen. I so much enjoy a sensorial experience as a special treat on my occasional bath-soaking days. I’ve been using and reordering the the tiny sample size of Elemis but it doesn’t last long at all. Wondering if you know of any that fits this description??

So glad you found this helpful. I’ve linked in the description to 3 of my favorite oil balm cleansers. They are all excellent. The one by Harborist is unscented and the other two are naturally fragranced. The one by Beauty Bay is great value.
