    granola: 2 cups oats, 5 tbsp flax seeds, 4 tbsp pumpkin seeds, 2 tbsp sunflower seeds, salt, cinnamon, ¼ cup maple syrup, 3 tbsp melted coconut oil; baked at 170°c for 25 minutes
    bolognese: @herbifoods cauliflower bolognese
    pancakes: 80g flour, 1 tbsp sugar, pinch of salt, 1 tsp baking powder, 2 tsp cacao powder, 180ml soy milk, 2 tbsp soy yogurt, 1 tbsp apple cider vinegar
