  • This week, we restore a junkyard find front suspension fork off of a Honda ATC 200S or 185S three wheeler. We dive in to everything and replace the bearings, seals, brakes. We sand blast and paint the fork tubes and stem, use a little evaporust to do a little rust repair on the hardware. I am not 100% sure but the process should be similar for other ATCs like the 200M, 200ES, 250 and other Big Red models. Once the fork is rebuilt it is going on our red 1983 Honda ATC 110 3 wheeler fat tire dirt bike conversion. Next week we will show you how to put a 185S or 200S fork on a ATC 90 or ATC 110 frame. It's a hoot!!!
Here is a walk around video of the blue and red 3 wheeler conversion bikes in this video if you want to check them out more.
