Speaking describes your personality. Speech given by you should make the great sense. And this is all which makes the interview to its level best 🎉

We don't need more IAS IPS officers, political elites, we urgently need great scientists, entrepreneurs who will create more jobs, we need farmers, workers who will destroy the hunger and work in factories and generate revenue for the government.
How can he introduce himself telling the board his name and surname which is prohibited until someone is asked to tell so? Every candidate giving his/her interview assinged with with roll number so that the the interviewers do not get biased? Correct me if I am wrong.
