Works great! Just make sure to
1. Make sure you etch or rough up the nail
2. Apply a primer. Ive been using No lift nails. No lifting at all!
3. Paint on the base coat. Cure for 30 secs. May be sticky after curing. Don't wipe it off.
4. Put on your polygel. I cure mine for 30 secs and then 1min 30 secs after I have the full hand done.
They have last me for 3 wks. Could have gone 4. But i was testing it out,needed a filk. I also change my nail color weekly

Purchased this kit and a 48 watt led lamp from Amazon and did my nails yesterday. I’m not going back to the salon. It was very easy to use thanks to the directions and this video.

When using those forms don’t apply it that far up into your cuticle leave a small space so there won’t be premature lifting. 🤷🏾♀️just a suggestion that was passed on to me.

do you have advice for learning how to paint your nails with your bad hand?
I know you didn't ask me but I do my own gel nails for 4 years now and I find instead of using your non-dominant hand to do the strokes it's easier to keep that hand steady and pull your dominant hand away.
I find that using my weak hand first helps. That way you are using it without the nail work on it. Then when you use your dominant hand it doesn't really matter if it has the nails on it.

@@Ravengirl410 lol! Yup mine did too for a while until I realized I should move the hand I have more control over. Also changing angles helps.
I did the same as Joanna aswell but I was quite young when I learned how to do gel nails myself (16). Lol I refused to pay some lady when TH-cam could teach me. Anyways, being young I was truly very able to teach my left hand to “toughen up” I used to practice writing sentences with my left a little bit every day. And now I can write with my left and sign with my left, painting my nails is no issue what so ever any more... give it a try if your willing too.
