FYI. Garrote is normally through strangulation by wire or rope but the chair that used a metal screw to push the victim's neck into the metal ring actually also tended to crush the windpipe and even break the spinal chord or spine. Sorry for the gruesome description but the difference between the two methods also caused a difference in the effect on the victim's body. This matches the common misconception that hanging kills by strangulating the victim but actually, it's the sudden drop and snap of the rope that breaks the neck and spinal chord of the victim.
I really love the way you present to us the information. Also, using our own language to discuss is a BIG TAMA BEHAVIOR, because in that way, you are considering those people esp the students who can`t comprehend english language yet. SALAMAT PO
