As someone who grew up speaking English almost 90% of the time, I have had trouble full on tagalog lectures since I was a kid. Having you discuss this topic mostly in the English language has definitely made me understand the lesson easily! Thank you kind sir :D

If Rizal did sign the retraction, he completely threw his pride away and risked his status of being a hero. He did not do this for the same reason as an atheist who starts praying when the plane starts to crash(the belief of heaven and hell). He did it for love. This is actually quite sad because he was a playboy all his life and the emotion just hit him in his last moments. This may display the power of Memento Mori. Realizing the fact that one's death is inevitable and that finding anything real in this short life is quite rare forces someone live his life in the way that he actually wants to live it.

Before boring na boring talaga ako sa history because of the inconsistent ng mga detalye na ituturo sa akin nun highschool pako. But nung nag college ako mas naging malinaw sa aking yung mga ganitong usapin at lalo akong naiintriga at nahihikayat na alaming yung mga buhay ng mga bayani natin.
I have 3 Units sa SocStud and mostly, nahihirapan ako kase yung pdf na meron sa akin is super deep nang intindihin (dahil sa mga orig. words or formal words na ginamit) thankful na nakita ko to. Dito na po ako mag aabang2 nang mga topics ko sa Majors. Super duper bilis ko magets kase yung mga term na nahihirapan kong intindihin ay na eexplain dito. Godbless to ur channel Sir!
