    南瓜馅的制作:
    南瓜半个,去皮后的重量约700克。
    把南瓜切成薄片,水开上锅,大火蒸25分钟。
    蒸熟的南瓜可以用叉子轻易的压成南瓜泥。
    把蒸熟的南瓜泥先装起200克作面团用。
    剩下的南瓜泥全部倒入不粘锅,加入一大勺的麦芽糖,40克黄油和2克盐,开小火不停的翻炒。
    直到南瓜泥收干水份,可以抱团还不粘胶铲,这样的状态南瓜馅就做好了。
    把做好的南瓜馅用保鲜膜帖面包裹好,放凉后就放入冰箱冷藏。
    冷藏过的南瓜馅分成20克一份,备用。
    面团的制作:
    材料:
    南瓜泥200克,低筋面粉或者中筋面粉500克,干酵母6克,鸡蛋一个,细砂糖30克,猪油或者玉米油20克。
    步骤:
    把所有的材料搅拌成面团。
    揉好的面团盖上潮湿毛巾松驰20分钟。
    把面团分成同等数量的35克一份和20克一份的小面团。揉成小圆球的形状。
    取出一份面团,用擀面杖擀长,从上往下卷起来。
    收口朝上,再擀长,再从上往下卷起来。然后光滑朝上,把小面团往底部收,收成一个小圆球。
    用擀面杖把小圆球擀成圆形的面片,再擀成旁边薄中间厚的面皮。
    放入南瓜馅,把收口收紧。
    取出一个20克的面团,擀成圆形状,在中间切开两半,在切口处沾上水,分别粘在包子的两头,把两块面皮往外翻,一个金元宝就成型了。
    水开上锅,中大火蒸10分钟。
    关火,焖5分钟才可以开盖。
    南瓜金元宝包子做好了。

    Dough making:
    ingredients:

    Steps:
    Mix all the ingredients into a dough.

    Divide the dough into equal amounts of 35g and 20g smaller dough pieces. Form into small ball shapes.
    Take out a piece of dough, roll it out with a rolling pin, and roll it up from top to bottom.
    With the seam facing upwards, roll it long, and then roll it up from top to bottom. Then smooth upwards, collect the small dough towards the bottom, and harvest a small ball.
    Use a rolling pin to roll the small ball into a round dough sheet, and then roll it into a dough that is thin on the side and thick in the middle.
    Put in the pumpkin filling and tighten the seal.
    Take out a 20g piece of dough, roll it into a round shape, cut two halves in the middle, dip the incisions with water, stick them to the two ends of the buns respectively, turn the two pieces of dough out, and a gold ingot is formed.
    Bring the water to a boil, and steam for 10 minutes on medium-high heat.
    Turn off the heat and simmer for 5 minutes before opening the lid.
