I wonder is it very costly to put rear air vent and rear handrest/cup holder on this so call premium/luxury brand..
Personally to me it's not worth spending 230K for the bottom of the barrel Lexus. The direct competition with the Yaris Cross or even the larger, more powerful yet cheaper CAT B Corolla Cross will make it a hard sell.
Anytime you need to spend 200k on a CAT A car, I'd pass for the CAT B UX250W Hybrid instead if you really want the branding.

People who are young probably cannot afford 230k. Those that can afford might be buying a bmw or merc entry instead if the price is too close. can save 50-70k just buying a yaris cross as it is the same thing. Think it is a hard sell unless lexus hv more discount n make it 20k more than the yaris….😂
Yaris cross almost brand new 50km mileage can get 112-125k

Ya. No rear aircon for 230k, even an altis hv rear aircon. For this price, all the competitors hv rear aircon…😂. It should be price like the yaris cross to sell, i thk BM better dont bring in, cant sell.
Yaris cross also no rear aircon, u buying a yaris cross with a lexus badge… better off buy a supra , at least it is a bmw with a toyota badge…😂
I think the biggest flaw in a car that bears Lexus logo is the lack of center console arm rest in the 2nd row…and yes, lack of AC at this price point too…
The leather is like the only thing that separates it from an entry model Honda / Toyota compact crossover…

Hippie people? Aimed at younger people? I don’t think so, just decent car for a good price. But there are some flaws and omissions such as a load through hatch. Does it persuade me to buy it - shortlist certainly.
