Kiwi and Dash playing around on a Friday afternoon. Kiwi and I having singing lessons and Dash wanted to join in the fun. Kiwi wants to give Dash kisses and clean her feathers but she wants nothing to do with Kiwi. They have a love hate relationship...lol

LoL 😀 Kiwi has pulled all of Dash's tail feathers so she has none of the long ones like most Ringnecks. 🤣 Everytime they start to grown back, Kiwi pulls them out again. Poor Dash!

Awww, that's so cool! I see kiwi has quite a few fans.😊 Give your birdie some time it will calm down eventually. I hope. Dash (the blue one)was a bit feisty at first but she's much more calm now than she was when I first got her.
They’re just gorgeous! The kiwi guy (I’m sorry...new to the channel and just getting to know them) keeps biting her tail! I’m not sure if you noticed, but that’s why she was squawking so loudly! Sorry to throw you under the bus, Kiwi! 😁
Thank you! 😊 Yes, Kiwi loves to clean Dash's feathers and Dash loves it for a while then she always tries to bite Kiwi afterwards. I don't know why she tries to bite him but he really likes Dash and he is very protective of her.

Just a little something I made up and one day kiwi repeated it so I just always whistle that tune to him.
@@kiwigreen Maybe try singing a song, or a tune, instead of just singing “Laaaa!” 😆 He might pick it up better...or play a song on your phone or CD player that you might like him to learn, on repeat. Just a thought. It’s pretty funny, though, I must admit!

I recently got an indian ringneck bird it is 5 months and is starting to have light ring around its neck and he's also named kiwi

Your parrots are so cute! I have an indian ringneck as well his name is Nacho. He is two years old and he loves watching kiwi he watches kiwi everyday and kisses the phone lol.
But he still doesn't know how to talk any suggestions? And how can I make him love me more? I got him 5 months ago and i feel he is still a bit scared he doesn't leave his cage..
Hi, thank you for watching. I would say to continue to interact with your birdie as much as possible. They are very social birds and they require a lot of attention. Keep talking to it and let it watch other bird videos and hopefully it will start talking. That's what I do with kiwi. Eventually he started talking.
Give him plenty treats and even more patience and love
