We tried to be an OLYMPIAN on 8 DIFFERENT sports for a day // Nat and Max

What does it take to be an Olympian? We tried 8 different sport simulators at the Richmond Olympic Experience to determine if we have what it takes to be an in the Olympics. The Richmond Olympic Experience is a one of a kind museum that not only houses history of previous Olympics but also has a vast option of olympic sports simulators that can make you feel that you're really part of the Olympic action! The 2020 Olympics is fast approaching and competing Olympians are on their final months of training now to get in to their best shape before they fly Tokyo. These Olympians train for years and are using the latest form of technology to simulate the olympic experience and we are able to simulate that same experience by trying out the sports simulators in the Richmond Olympic Experience. Glad you enjoyed it! 👍 I was there Friday--in addition to Komak and the jugglers, we had a news crew, a torchbearer who brought along his autographed torch (so we had 2 torches to show off), and Fin (the Canucks mascot) hanging out at the podium. Plus, one of our Olympians brought her actual silver medal 🥈 from London 2012--so guests got to see that as well! It was really fun 🥳
PS: 5:23 The mascot in green is actually Sumi, the Paralympic mascot! (Quatchi is the big brown furry one with blue earmuffs--a sasquatch, as his name suggests, who wants to be a famous hockey goalie 😉)
