This is my favorite team-creation WBS video - I use it as an example in staff training to introduce how a team can create a WBS together. It's short, simple, and easy to understand. Very nicely done! It's been here for almost a decade, but it's still applicable - I hope it stays forever! :-)
I just keep loving this video - 12 years on and it's still relevant! It's so clear and easy to understand. I use it as an example in basic project management classes. Of course, real life isn't this easy, but that's what practice is for!
This is a great video - concise, useful and practical. I have always used MS Project on a projector from a laptop to gather everyone's input to the WBS, but perhaps a "low-tech" process would be better. Thank you for posting!
Excellent video. Thanks! Given your shared appreciation for sticky-note brainstorming, I encourage you to check out Teamput. It's a brand new cloud-based app for sticky-note brainstorming. There's no substitute for getting the project team together face-to-face, but Teamput feels nearly like being in the same room. Search on Teamput Meet Alex in TH-cam to see a 1.5 min video.
Very informative video. I'm going to try this? Thanks for sharing. Happy holidays!!🎉🎅🎄636 likes
