Hi, i tried your recipe almost 4 times with the meaurement what you have mentioned. Taste was excellent. But the problem what i came across was i was too soft the moment we touch itself it breaks. Could you please what is going wrong. But everyone really liked the taste. Thanks in advance.
Maybe u need to lessen the butter measurement or maybe they were hot when they were soft.. u need to let it cool.

Hi I tried with 1/3 cup of sunflower oil instead of butter and followed the same measures. It turned wonderful
But oil makes the biscuit spread so much !!!
Wonderful and easy explanation of everyone's favourite salt biscuit. Your biscuits turned brown only in the bottom. Did you bake them in the bottom only mode on the lower slot of an oven?
Its just the bottom only in the middle rack ....

I will be trying it soon. Can I have the measurement for butter in cups please? Would it be half a cup? I noticed you mentioned in a comment that flour should be twice the butter. So if flour is one cup then butter is half a cup right

Hi I tried this recipe, but my biscuits were not crispy, even fmafter cooling they kept breaking and it was very crumbly and soft. Any idea how I can make them crispy and not break so easily
Adding little more flour might help.....And baking till the right time is very important..... If you have baked till the mentioned time in the video..plz try to leave it two more minutes....thanks for trying my recipe ....keep supporting

Adding more liquids will spoil the texture of the biscuit......you can cut out milk powder and try the recipe.......thank you for the support
We will add in place of butter to oil is it any problem to biscuits.

Before visiting your channel I tried the same recipe in oven...... but it turned out to be moist and non crusty......... could you please let me know what was my mistake.....
I am making a guess ...could be variation of temperature in the oven....or the baking time could have been shorter for the temperature setting in the oven...thank you for the support

Can we use salted butter as the biscuits are salted n then add 1/4 tsp salt??
You can reduce the amount of salt mentioned ...to avoid too much saltiness in the biscuit.....keep supporting
Tried this recipe but then after baking the biscuits were little crumbly and felt it was not crunchy enough. Used exact same measurements as well. Can you please suggest where i could have gone wrong?
Try adding more flour to the recipe......consistency of butter and the temperature around also influences.....or you can reduce the butter to make the cookies less crumbly....thank you for trying

I tried to find out weight of 1 cup maida in google which gives varrying result from 110gm to 150gm. In one of your response I found 1 cup = 200gm maida. Shall I consider 200gm maida? I will try your reciepe today after your response.
The cup actually says 250ml by quantity .......you can actually approximate 200gms because measurements are not very accurate
Twice the amount of butter is the measurement.....try it let me know how it turned out for you

Vegetable oil is not a great substitute .....but you could try making using the same quantity as Butter...

I made the following changes.
1) Since I am diabetic I did not add Sugar and Milk powder
Result: Cookies turned out to be very soft and were crumbling.
How do I make these Cookies without adding any Sugar. Thanks for all your help.
Try adding more flour from the mentioned amount.....this might help in getting the cookies without breaking.....sugar is added just to enhance the taste ...you can always add jeera or any other spice powders you like to make it spicy biscuits

Shall we use the same temperature if want to bake in convection mode in microwave
Convection mode in a microwave normally has a varied temperature from a basic oven.....you can set the same temperature ...but make sure you constantly watch it ....once you get to know the time and temperature.... Second batch of biscuits will be easy....,try it and let me know ur feedback
