Here in season 9 the ladies had a much more pivitol role. Sable seemed to be dead center and the others were followers. Even Blake and Jeff at this point seemed like side line characters. Beacham owned the season where as Collins (and i love her to this day) came off bored and many of her scenes seemed recycled from previous seasons.

Was this Krystle's first visit to Alexis' shabby (relatively speaking - compared to her tri-level penthouse, which they should have kept) "hotel" suite? She should have made a snarky comment about how Alexis' standards had fallen since losing the Carrington mansion, Denver-Carrington, the penthouse and ownership of the Carlton.
@Dusk Hollow yeah I agree the sets didnt look very good. Like from the begining. In the original mansion, only the library looked fancy. But all other rooms didn't even have any kind of ornament on the walls? Just plain paint job? In a house that's supposed to be a palace? The only thing cheaper than that would be bare bricks.
How classy chic their toilets were, no more show are like that. Nowadays style is way too trashy, tacky… Dominique Devereau, Chrystal and Alexis were killing it. No more soap like these ones.
