    In origanal celiac was disscribed as needing simple carbs (it was carb problem not labeled as gluten problem). Sidney Valentine Haas, M.D. , it became the SCD (specific carbohydrate diet)

    May I ask if there is a substitute for whey? I have issues with dairy as well as wheat.

    What are your thoughts on maltodextrin? It is a "safe" ingredient in the new Mbiota elemental shakes but if I ingest even a small amount it causes terrible GI symptoms (gas, bloating, etc.).
