Thank you so much. Excellent video, easy to follow. Looks like the brushes actually came loose and Wear the brushes touch on the rotor looks like it's a bit burnt as well so I think I'm not sure what I need to do should I buy new brushes, clean up the rotor where it's burnt....what do you suggest thank you
Thanks James, I needed this..... I've had the grinder for 20 years and I thought it would be home serviceable.... I was wondering about the bushes and this video was perfect. I do think I have a front end gearing issue as the rotor doesn't spin freely... If it is broken gearing, is it worth looking for replacement gears v a £50 new grinder (save, planet waste)... Something else might go wrong in a year or so 😕
Great , simple straight forward.... Clear voice smooth discourse.... Excellent choice of background an camara angle; yet the lighting as single source and could be improved 1 or even a third lighting source
Thanks, Michael! Yeah it's great stuff, I'll sometimes use it if the connectors are starting looking a little oxidised, or if there's grime on the internals that I can't otherwise brush off dry 👍
Hey there, my battery grinder for some reason has started to loosen the flange nut right after I turn it on. What has possibly happened? Is it fixable with cleaning and greasing or something else? Thanks!
Thanks how do I check the switch starter using my multi metre this is the o ly thing I can't check everything else seems fine have power from ug to grinder but press switch no joy ?

Do you have a video like this for die grinders? Are the components mostly the same?
Thank you this video is very helpful.just not sure I will be able to pull mine apart and get it back together.
