I would like to suggest you to buy a air compressor and show us some pneumatic tools as well, in india very less people are interested in pneumatic tools whereas in foreign countries like Australia mostly people use pneumatic tools like grinders,sanders, wrenches etc .

It is obviously more economical to buy a new grinder if all the parts are worn or damaged, but generally it is never the case as only a few parts need replacement, making repairs more economical.

The technique of opening the roller bearing is very good, it would be very good to give a video of opening the damaged roller bearing, if there is no option to put a board in the roller bearing, how to open it??
Without using a bearing puller or a even a bolt to pull a bearing, I don't think it will possible to pull the bearing, apart from using some bread and hammering in the middle of the bearing using an accurate sized shaft, you can search for this technique.
I could have understood very well if I made a short video, Bosch 6-100 gear box, damage roller bearing open.

Bosch spares available in Bosch service centers, for Delhi their service center is located in Jhandewalan and bearings can be bought from SKF authorized dealers.

Wouod you be so kind to share the exact grade and composition moly etc of this Bosch grease. Can't seem to find anything online.
No details have been mentioned for the Bosch grease anywhere because Bosch wants to maintain their secrecy so that alternates can't be created and used. You'll have to use genuine Bosch grinder grease only because no other grease works well under such tremendous load.
@M-DIY thanks so much for the quick reply. Wonder why wouldn't sell smaller packs for lesser $$. They could have added significantly to their revenue by selling smaller packs ( 1 time use, FMCG strategy) and expressly recommending, cautioning and advertising that particular grease on the grinder box, manual. TH-cam shall do the rest!
Most grinders, I feel reach the grave early, either due to substandard carbon brushes and wrong grease type.
Bosch is already killing it with their carbon brushes. Wonder why they don't make this more readily and economically available.

Smaller grease pouches are available from Bosch for these grinders but it is a bit tough to find them at service centers.

@anonanon7713 This grinder is only good for medium use, not for heavy use because 700 watts aren't enough, however for most users this will be more than enough. For heavy duty construction or metal use, 2000 watt grinders are also available which support 9 inch grinding discs.
Surf se dhona sayad sahi nahi rahega.. might decay the polymer.. something milder may be ezee, shampoo or car shampoo...and to recondition may be a slight rub/buff with car dash polish
Grease and oil is far harsher on plastics than detergent and to remove oily stains shampoo doesn't work because it is too mild.

Bosch grease cost like 600 rupees a few years back when I bought this. I can't suggest any alternate grease because I haven't found any grease that flows as smooth as the Bosch one, which is really important to prevent metal to metal contact between bewel gears.

The price of this angle grinders is something like 2500 you service cost is around 4000 😂😂 at 4000 i buy 2 of this angle grinders 😂😂
Only bearings need replacement when grinders are used properly, which are pretty cheap to replace. If you ignore bearings then obviously field coil and armature will need replacement because of overload and poor cooling, they will cost at least 40% of the price of grinder in most of the cases, and bevel gears too can wear out, needing replacement.
This grinder has been working from 5 years and hasn't needed much repairs, but obviously power tools need regular service and we cannot expect them to last a decade without service but I do agree that spare parts can be made more affordable.

Bosch waale high temperature epoxy use karte hai field coils pe but market mein aisa kuch dhoondhna bohot mushkil hai. Isse behtar toh field coil poora replace karlo jab kabhi dikkat aaye. Grinder use karte mein grinding dust seetha field coils pe jaake takrati hai jisse varnish damage ho jaati hai.
