Cool review Melanie! I don't mind this band but yeah, definitely have to be in the mood for this style. After hearing your review i'm more likely to pick this up. Cheers!
Good review. I am interested, I will check this out. I really "enjoyed" mirror reaper. This is usually something i have to listen to in the dark and laying on the bed. As far as I know there should be no guitars. All lines should be done by tapping on a 6 strings bass, or at least it was so when i saw them live. But i might be wrong and they added instrumentation
I'm rarely in the mood for stuff of this creeping and glacial moving caliber. It's super talented and artistic for sure and I can respect that. Buy when do I break out the air guitar? Um... never? #unhappyface haha. Thanks for watching!
@@HeavyMetallurgy LOL. You are kinda right. When I am in the mood of something dark I have usually other choices then a 90min funeral doom song. I managed to get through it and I prefer mirror reaper
Great review… I actually did not know it was going to be a trilogy… quite an ambitious undertaking, guess in the end best to judge the final product as a whole once they are all released… but for this one, will end up picking it up anyway as I dug all the previous albums.
Mirror Reaper caught me in the very first minutes, this release didn't caught altghough repeated listens and hype from Mirror reaper, maybe it needs another chance
Man... I really want to like this stuff. I enjoy the artistic take on the genre, and even some bands, but I'm trying to avoid depression and spiritual lethargy. Thanks for watching!
I went thru a phase where I was taking daily naps to funeral doom. It was rather enjoyable.
2 things that go great together. I appreciate the aura of this stuff, but I miss the "world rockin!"
Thanks for watching!

Agreed. This is 1000% "gotta be in the mood for it" music for me.

So how do you pick this up? Vinyl? Is it too long for that? How do they even navigate that as it's 1 song? Things that make you go, "hmmmmm"
I think it is Funeral Drone. I like it. But i loved Mirror. I like Mirror more.
Funeral Drone. Good call for sure. Thanks for watching!

It's a long album and a lot of commitment to sit through waiting for it to click. Thanks for watching!
Bell witch or is it snorefest
Probably a snorefest if you don't like funeral doom
