The sun gives you vitamin d friend which gives you energy and helps your mood 😊. Vitamin D is the only vitamin you can’t really get from your diet. Try taking a vitamin d supplement because my new job is 11 hour shifts and I can actually last the whole time and still be happy since I started back taking vitamin d and buying snacks lol. I still have energy even when I’m sleepy if that makes sense. I think it also explains seasonal depression since the sun isn’t really out during the winter.
ahhh ok let me try that... I take vitamins. but I will up my vitamin d... moreso for me I enjoy feeling the sun on my body also. but this gives great insight also !
