That's why art is so valuable. Because it's so hard to get it right. And when you do, it makes it so precious. I'm sorry you're discouraged. But please don't even think about depriving the world of your sweet gifts. Love watching you make your art. It makes me happy. ❤😊

Many content creators would cut off the first part and pretend that nothing had happened but these things happen and let's normalize them. I loved all the pieces, how colourful they turned out!🥰

This has to be one of my favourite videos that i've seen from you. I love glazing videos and I loved seeing the results.
And also, I loved that you were vulnerable in sharing how you were feeling. it's so real.

Sending all the hugs and support! And thank you for showing vulnerability and negative feelings-I appreciate when social media shows all the feelings of real life and not just the perfect parts. The rough spots are all part of art too! I’m here for it all-the ups and the downs and the chill parts.

Hi, I’m in Colorado.. I do pottery and Hair for a living… 2 careers that can be full of disappointment.. A few years ago at NCECA the Keynote Speaker talked about potters being very good at handling life’s disappointments because we’re sort of used to it in the studio.. I find that’s true.. this year at in Sica I bought two mugs at the mug sale, and I did not re-wrap them from what they did, and I came home with a broken handle and a cracked mug.. sooo disappointing!! I know better I guess I was just lazy..
I very much enjoy your videos with or without disappointments. I think you’re doing a good job. You are making some fun things. I am going to try one of the purse vases.. Have a great week! You are great!

Good mornin’. I’m so appreciative of your videos and experiences- I know it can be frustrating (no matter what you’re doing) when you go through a bad rash. Ride the waves, babe, you are amazing! Your work makes me feel all types of joy and wonder 💙 and the way you share and create inspired me to start using social media to document my own clay making process, even after over a decade off of it cause of debilitating anxiety! I just want you to know that I'm so grateful to you for sharing your process, the highs and lows, because that's reality and it's all a big old learning process with the whole spectrum of emotions! You're a spectacular artist and I'm so happy you're sharing your creativity with the world 🤗🎉 stoked that the final unloading was a happy one, everything looks beautiful!

I talk about that feeling with my sister often. We have so many days where's it like why am I still doing this? What's the point? Like why did I even invest in etc., etc.? Especially when I've made numerous mistakes that could've been easily avoided, like you said. Sometimes it feels so easy to give into those feelings cause it's hard to see how we can even learn from them.

I coverd a crack like that by making a flat tile that was the same size and attached it after glazing, made another piece to balance it. Came out good. There will always be those failures that we learn from and ouch it hurts.

You are so vulnerable on this vlog. Sad to see that you’ve been experiencing so many issues with your work lately. Seeing the cracks in your work was such a bummer but I can’t stop thinking about how they would look cute if you did some Kintsugi with them. might be a nice way to use some of that gold glaze you have.

Aaaaw babygirl, I wanted to hug you and give you a big Momma squeeze. It's gonna be ok, sweetheart. You are so amazing. Seeing you sad and on the verge of tears makes me so sad. Know you have a lot of us rooting for you and cheering you on. You got this!!! It's beautiful anyway. I would totally still buy it even if it's cracked. You can also put some gold on it like the Japanese artisans do, and make it extra fancy! 😊
