I remember few years back after my wife died, I was left alone with 3 kids. I suffered severe depression and mental disorder. Got addicted to alcohol. Not until a friend recommended me to psilocybin mushrooms treatment. Psilocybin treatment changed my life for better. I can proudly say i'm totally clean for 6 years and still counting. Always look to nature for solution to tough problems, Shrooms are phenomenal.

I love hearing great life changing stories like this. I want to become a mycologist because honestly mushrooms are the best form of medicine (most especially the psychedelic ones) There are so many people today used magic mushrooms to ween off of SSRI medication- its amazing! Years back i wrote an entire essay about psychedelics. they saved you from death buddy, lets be honest here.

Can you help me with the reliable source 🙏. I'm 56 and have suffered for years with addiction, anxiety and severe ptsd, I got my panic attacks under control myself years ago and they have come back with a vengeance, I'm constantly trying to take full breaths but can't get the full satisfying breath out, it's absolutely crippling me, i live in Germany. I don't know much about these mushrooms. Really need a reliable source!! Can't wait to get them

YES sure of mycologist Predroshrooms. Mushrooms literally got me off my feet and turned my whole life around. I am currently a housing manager for a recovery program. I wouldn't have been able to do that shit without psilocybin.

Thanks for sharing your story. That's rough I sympathize. Save your health save your mind. Life is better without heroin, cocaine, alcohol and cigarettes. And you have more money in your pocket. God bless everyone who has rejected the devils intentions to be addicted to alcohol and cigarettes etc which can cause so much damage to health. I will pray for you all.

Firstly, alcohol is poison. I don't recommend alcohol for anyone. Anyone who drinks should probably quit. Of all the drugs to do, alcohol is not a good one. Remember that...drinking is always bad.
Secondly, you might be dealing with depression/anxiety problems. You may do well to see a therapist and/or get on medication.
Thirdly, you need to get a life. Hobbies, relationships, exercise. You life consists of working, drinking, and not-drinking. You need to get a nice life you enjoy.

And obviously alcohol is not recommended. lol No one needs a youtube therapist like you stating such. And of all drugs to do, alcohol is not a good one? lol Then what drug, praytell, is? 😂

I enjoy your candor, stranger. I am shocked you're able to even sustain and handle an 80 hr a week job! Hell, even 40 a week is tough, especially if you're drinking at night. Dropping the 2nd job def saved you some. Your body would've given up, whether you were drinking or not.
Nobody should be working that many hours a week. I was wondering if you HAD to work that many for survival. I'd rather level down to cheaper way of living/survival, than work that many hours. Not worth it.
As for the night drinking, I can totally see why you felt the desire and need to, after being exhausted and your brain fried from working. A lot of people also have the motto: Work hard, play hard. Some feel they "earned" the right to drink because they worked hard. My ex was like that. He even had a life outside of the work+drinking. He was in top physical condition (fit-wise), even smoking as well. But I knew it'd catch up to him.
I haven't seen or heard from him in years, and I have little doubt his body is breaking down from everything. My view is, if you are OK living your life with the partying, etc., then so be it. Everyone is different and it's their choice. People are gonna judge no matter what.
But it's your journey, and your goals you wanna achieve. Just sometimes drinking or other habits prevent that, so those forks in the road are your choice to decide. Thanks for the invite into your life some. It was interesting to watch.

He will crave it again sadly. And possibly fail again. Gimmicks don’t work/ gym, jogging. You have to want to stop 100% to put the plug in the jug. He’s not there yet. He just thinks he is. I wish him the best but know the journey personally . I got sober and stayed sober. You must be ready to abstain for life. One drink is too many and 1,000 are not enough.

Working 16 hours days is a real sensible choice for someone with your anxiety levels. You need to start making better life choices. You try to make out in this video that drinking is your only option for dealing with stress and anxiety and boredom. With a number of sober years now I must be honest. I feel you suffer from a mood disorder. Many alcoholics have one. I’m not a doctor but suggest you see a PHD psychologist for an assessment. your highs and lows are telling signs. Perhaps a mood stabilizer prescription would help you stay sober and more mood balanced. I’m aware of the signs because that was the root of my alcoholism. You mentioned you’ve got rid of the trigger. Only part way cause your moods are triggers too. If you have liver damage you don’t want to do more harm to your liver. It’s a painful death. I’ve lost friends that stopped drinking too late. The damage can’t be reversed if you continue drinking. Your elevated enzymes indicate there’s already damage.

I'm on day 6 and being in a fasted or ketosis state has eliminated my urge to drink. What this tells me is that it was a sugar addiction, because being in ketosis eliminates all desire to eat sugar. Don't downplay the addictiveness of sugar, just look around at the people's terrible bodies in society. Sugar, which is what alcohol turns into, is the most deadly addictive substance on the planet and nobody ever talks about it. I think you just have a sugar addiction, even though you may not look like it physically.

    • @truthcooperator4683

Sugar is fuel. You crave it because you need it. Ketosis is a state of stress. Beware it may get look for alcohol eventually all the why you needed sugar, regular meals throughout a day.
