This doesn't work for me ... The numbers on my suitcase all press down exactly the same amount. As in they all push the maximum amount. So I can't tell which one is the right number. Can anyone advise?

This really does work. All he's doing is pressing down each one while rotating to look and feel for which number goes down the furthest pretty much. For the other method people say line up the front holes and rotate but for some that front gap is covered so this works
I think the default passcode for these are 000, if you want to set a new passcode hold down the lock with it in an open state and then just put in the new numbers
