One that has a terrible end lag and hitbox as well, like, couldn't he at least go out with his epic final smash or sumn....
Oh yeah, a *FIRE ATTACK* is weaker then a speedblitzing and a knock off Super Saiyan.
It's not a mediocre attack if you know how time and use it properly. You just haven't gotten used to his style yet. Mega Man would obliterate Sonic as shown

Technically, Sonic won. All MegaMan did was blast him off with the fire burst attack. Sonic seemed to have more hits then he did.

Camaram Do we have proof Base Sonic destroys a Planet? Also there’s a MFTL speed feat for Megaman in Mega Man V (GB) in Wily Stage 1 before he enters the Wily Star but idk if its reliable.

- Beat a multiversal being (solaris)
-Sonic is so fast, he restored reality in sonic generations
-Time travels by running in sonic CD
- Archie is canon, because the events take place in Sonic unleashed , the classics, etc.
- Metal Sonic went from a planet to another planet in roughly 15 seconds in Sonic 4.
-Super Sonic is way faster, even more faster than light, and can out run a black hole if he needs too.
-Sonic escaped No space in Sonic forces, and dealt with a reality warper (infinite) in his base form.
What else do I need to say?

The reason Mega Man dies to those spikes in his game are because they are sharpened down to the molecular level. Literally *anything* would die instantly to that, even Sonic. The reason Sonic can survive his game's spikes is because of game mechanics. By your logic, I could say that this battle is a stomp in Mega Man's favor because Sonic dies in one hit. So, your argument is completely invalid.
And besides, in supporting media, Mega Man survived getting stabbed by a bed of those same one-hit-kill spikes, and didn't die. Sure, he was pretty severely hurt, but he walked it off. It was in a Rock Man (Mega Man's name in Japan) 5 Manga, in either Napalm Man or Star Man's stage. If anyone wants to correct me on that, feel free.
Also, Mega Man has survived being in space before too. In Mega Man V for the Gameboy, the entire game was set in space. He was completely fine throughout the whole thing, considering he's a robot and that he doesn't need to breathe. This also translates to underwater. Mega Man has spent large amounts of time in underwater levels, where Sonic can't do that so well without a source of air. Considering, ya know, he needs to breathe.
I highly recommend that you see my previous comment that I addressed to Lightning (who changed his name, unsurprisingly) on why Mega Man would beat Sonic in a one-on-one, base-form only fight. There are links to pages on Mega Man and Sonic that calculate their strength and show their best feats, and what have you. The site is completely non-biased, and the community will very much help you sort things out. Thank you for your time.

Archie Sonic and Archie Megaman are separate
They were even when they fought. Sonic had a slight advantage in his world. When they moved to Mega Man's world, Rock took the advantage.
This is modern sonic vs normal megaman just adding something from the comics doesnt make the characters archie

Great episode. My fight suggestion is Mario vs Sonic or Mario vs Link.
Honestly I can't get behind this show no matter how much I try. A few fights were great like Jotaro vs Kenshiro but fights like this and Knuckles vs Protoman is annoying. Through both fights I just mentioned the sonic characters were kicking ass. Maybe got hit three times in return but after that, it was back to being a punching bag. And in this ending mega man pulls a win out of no where? There was nothing to imply Sonic was even tired let alone close to being defeated. You guys gotta work on not making things so one-sided, while also working on applying logic to your fights.

@@gceieljs6121 megaman has traveled the astroid belt in minutes(or seconds, either way), has a lifting strength of over 3000 tons due to him being able to lift a fortress, he is definitely FTL, his striking strength alone is large planet level, and *base* sonic is planet level, he multiple times shows teleportation feats, you WAAAAY overplayed *Emrel* , to where he is actually multicontinent level, he has powers where they ranged to be able to produce blackholes and stop time, and beating robots that are randomly scattered across the game are nothing but game mechanics. If Super Sonic is involved it's a different story.

En teoria sonic le hicieron que no tuviera resistencia en este combate. Sonic cada 1 de golpe que daba recibia 0.4 de megaman y no utilizo otras tecnicas. Solo esos golpes de megaman le hacia mucho daño a sonic mientras que sonic le dio el cuatriple por asi decirlo y seguia vivo. Y un simples golpes que apenas recibio y un disparo en el último instante dejaron fuera al erizo. Este es esos combates en los que sonic sale perdiendo a pesar de que analizando profundamente se sabe quien va a ganar
