Today we gonna take you to a local Gym in Kibera where we usually go to work out 💪🏿💪🏻 Kibera is the biggest slum in Nairobi and we usually visit this place almost everyday since it is a very familiar environment for us😊
People were asking us a lot if we’re not gaining weight with all the food we’re eating. Here is the answer: We love to work out together and in our daily life we try to eat as healthy as possible🍎🍇🥑
